What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About College Station

I like that it is quiet and family friendly. The proximity to the schools and restaurants is ideal for us.

New constructions; the plan is beautiful, but it will take time for the neighborhood to look like the plan. There are parks, ponds, walking trails, playgrounds.

my neighborhood is an old neighborhood in a little country town. the campus is about a five minute drive from my apartment.

we have 3 parks in the same neighborhood. the grocery store is 2 minutes away. the neighbors are really friendly.

It's a safe neighborhood. The community has a pool. The neighbors are not bothersome. The streets are lit at night.

I like the presence of many young students like me. I like the presence of many bars and clubs where I can have fun with my friends
