They claim these units are condo specs. THEY ARE NOT. I am sitting here right now listening to the TV blaring through my side walls, while my upstairs neighbors blast their base music at full volume. I HAVE RECORDINGS OF WHAT IT SOUNDS LIKE TO LIVE HERE. I will gladly provide them to ANYONE considering renting an apartment here. I plan to upload them to YouTube. I have showed countless recordings to management. They don't care. Their solution is to tell you to move to a different unit. NOT to hold anyone accountable to reasonable noise levels. The manager mentioned "oh we move people all the time due to noise complaints". Obviously that means that there is a big issue with noise in these units and maybe if they actually responded to noise complaints rather than making the people who are constantly dealing with RUDE INCONSIDERATE NEIGHBORS move they wouldn't have so many problems. Plus why would I go through the trouble of moving to a different unit just to potentially be around another inconsiderate jerk that they won't do anything about?

Other complaints:
Every time people go up and down the stairs it vibrates your living room and the smaller bedroom near the stairwell due to how these are built. It's impossible to sleep in that room due to the noise, the stuffiness (those windows DO NOT OPEN) and the fact that the terrible design places a light right outside the window.

The neighborhood is not secure!! They have gates that are broken most of the time and when they are working the gates stay open long enough so anyone can just drive in. We have gotten calls at 3 - 4 am for people we don't even know asking us to open the gate because they are drunk and randomly pressing buttons.

The gym is a bunch of old machinery (and half don't even work) - it's a joke.

The lights flicker in the evening due to some weird power surge and maintenance was like "oh well"

So so much more...

Near entry drive, on the right, has wrecked red car, that has been there at least two months. Utilizing a parking space. Also, seen in entry, a patio on building 5 has a tire and old cable dish and other trash, been there for months. These show lack of enforcement for the rules we all are required to abide. And reflects a poor image of the otherwise pleasing good looks of this place.

Great place to live. I have been here 3 years now. Love it.
The one thing that worries me is I may have to move if my lease goes up again. Same apartment for 3 years and my rent has gone up 3 times. I've had 3 different neighbors. They are all leaving after their 12 mo lease is up. Please keep it affordable. I would love to remain her at least for the next 5 years.
