Nice Apartment we were shown. However,
It was not what we went with. Staff very nice and help with all questions ask. Emily and Rayna very professional.

I just moved out of the apartments 2 weeks ago. I was there for my 10-month lease. The staff is very pleasant and the workmen around the area are polite and answer very quickly if there is a problem. But, the parking is horrendous, I was told there was enough parking but there were many many times I had to park buildings away. The parking lots collect a lot of water when it rains. My car has gotten so many scratches and dings because the parking spaces are not big enough. When I moved in my carpet was still wet, the counter tops were still sticky wet and smelled horrendous. I was not able to sleep there for the first two days of my lease and was not compensated for it. When I moved in it also was dirty. There was Grease all over the window sills and dirt all over the top of the stove. When I moved out the place was much cleaner than when I moved in and was still charged $40 for something that was supposedly on the carpet, which by the way I had shampooed. I have spoken with the office about this charge and apparently I will not be reimbursed. This is a great disappointment to me as I was a very good resident who kept the apartment spotless.

The units are poorly built. The windows collect mold every time it rains, and the property management will only paint on top of the mold. In summer, the ac cannot cool the apartment. It is consistently 85 degrees or more inside the home. The management staff are greedy and look for ways to charge you more money. I have lived here for three years. When I moved in my rent was $850, now it is $950 for a one bedroom apartment.

I want to move as soon as possible. The landscaping is horrible. Only plant flowers in the entrance. Calling the administration is horrible, they are not professionals. If you want to cancel the contract, they bill you $2,000 (as they told us). Dryer and Washer are old and sounds terrible. A lot of bed bug! I'm so frustrating... Don't rent here! A lot of better apartments near here.
