All the employees working here are very nice and extremely accommodating. They fulfil requests immediately and the apartment is in good shape. The quality of living is nice as the pool is kept up nicely and everyone is friendly who I've come into contact with living there!
I love how I can put in a maintenance request and it gets taken care of the same day. I also like how the complex notifies you about anything going on that we need to be aware of such as power washing, or any amenities being closed certain days. I also really like the office staff as they are always extremely helpful.
The leasing staff is great and maintenance is very prompt.
I've lived her for almost 3 years. Everyone from the office and maintenance has been extremely helpful and friendly to anything I've needed or requested. I love my neighbors and the new dog park is awesome.
The management staff in the office is always smiling. They must love their jobs, always polite take every opportunity to say Hello. By far the best apartment I have lived in, ever. Neighbors are courteous and always willing to lend a hand with a heavy load. Maintenance staff is responsive and always polite, I see them around the property during the day and they are working hard. If I see them in the evening they are still polite and courteous.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
