The community is nice with great features for its residents. The pool is always clear, the business where residents can print for free is always clean and the fitness center offers the latest in gym equipment. The apartments themselves are spacious with garden tubs. The balconies can be big depends on which model you get . Maintenance does a good job with communication and timely fixes.

Other than trying to find a parking spot at night. This place is pretty comfy. The area is safe and i feel secure in knowing there's a Police station located right down the street. Well lit buildings for security is a plus. The gate has some issues but i can see they are making an effort to fix the issue. I chose the Arboleda apartments because of the great location and the value that your getting on the price. Only problem is choosing the many places to eat or shop. There's even a bar across the street to watch my favorite team. I will definitely recommend these apartments to anyone who asks.

I've only been here less than 2 months, but I really like it Maintenance has had to come out twice and fast both times. Office staff very pleasant.
