I do not recommend this complex. The management and ppl who work for the office do as little as possible to help their Tenants in difficult situations. If your ac is out, they won't reach out after you request service. You better reach out in a couple days to remind them. If maintenance locks you out, they'll charge u a lockout fee, even when it was them who did it. If you are parked in your own spot, that is designated to you on your lease but your sticker fell off your dash, they will not be understanding. They will tow their own Tennant. The Tennant who pays rent there will then have to pay to get their truck outta the tow yard. If you go to the office to ask for something, the women working there treat and talk to you very disrespectful, like you're bothering them. 1/10. Do not live here. There are many more Apts in the area

The customer service here SUCKS! The manager is not understanding, it is the WORST apartment complex I have ever dealt with. I HIGHLY suggest to go somewhere else. They will tow your vehicle as a resident. Plus its not worth the price of living there.

The new management truly seems to care about its residents as they are responsive and taking care of issues in a timely manner. A great apartment community to live in that is well located close to campus.

Sierra Condos is a great place to live! It's near all the key spots in BCS and I love that is a townhome style -- no stairs to climb! Also, the new property management is very helpful and kind.

I lived here for a year in my undergrad and resigned for my masters because I liked it that much. No, its not perfect, guest parking sucks, but honestly the quality of lifestyle that Sierra brings is like no other. The apartments are so nice and well taken care of and maintenance is always readily available to help. Having management right across the gate is a huge bonus in case you need to talk to them in person. I find that Sandy is wonderful and very helpful when it comes to issues with the property. Communication is key!! Also, for the location and the quality of apartment, I don't think it gets any better than this. I have really enjoyed my time here, and I look forward to continue living here!
