What Renters Like and Dislike About Brownsville

It's near downtown and the medical center. It's near the area where I grew up; a neighborhood I'm very familiar with. Family are not too far away. I love the new townhomes and condos being built. I also love that it's near Hermann park where I meet friends to workout and have picnics with my daughter.

There are several restaurants and coffee shops that are in walking distance also public transportation is regularly available nearby.

What is unique is probably how close it is to very interesting places and going to multiple places aren't that far.

It's right off the expressway. It has a school in the middle of the subdivision. The areas is centrally located.

I like to live closer to the bar in the neighborhood so I can go to the bar a lot because I think the bar atmosphere is really nice and then it's cool to have a drink and go for a walk in the park nearby

The food in the restaurant in the community is very suitable for my appetite, and every time I go to eat, I can open my appetite. After eating, you can go to the nearby park or fitness facilities to exercise and keep fit. I think my community is perfect
