The complex is brand new and is located in a neighborhood that seems to be transitioning for the better. The staff is friendly and the units are well designed. However, it's only been a couple of months and they have already let the professionally installed landscaping go downhill. There are huge weeds EVERYWHERE, it looks so unkempt and terrible. I certainly hope this lack of maintenance doesn't continue and spread to other aspects of these apartments.
Love my apartment!, Been here since March and I could't had asked for a better place to live! Rent prices are also great.
I spoke with someone from management on yesterday to inquire about a one bedroom unit. The conversation was very pleasant however the leasing agent was not to sure of the questions that I was asking. I informed them that I would be relocating from another state and inquired if an application could be emailed to me.
The leasing agent took my information and told me that she would check and call me back. About a half hour or so later I called them back to let them know that I could send a self addressed envelope or see if it was possible to have a friend pick one up on my behalf, they would not answer the phone or should I say someone would literally hang up the phone or reject the call. I called them seven times back to back. so today I waited to see if they would give me a call back and guess what, no did.
I understand that this may be a new development but that dose not excuse how you do business. in case if this company even cares enough to read their reviews, let me just give you a piece of advice. Every potential resident that says that they have a Section 8 voucher is not low class nor uneducated. Maybe just maybe some life changing event happened to them that cannot be changed. So therefore treat them like you would treat a regular working potential resident or even someone that's inquiring from another state. All people should be treated equal.
Very nice and tastefully done.
I have called the Villas of Boston Heights four (4)
times and left my name and phone number and not
one person has bothered to call me back. It says
that all 144 units have been leased. I don't understand how because they do NOT answer
their phone so how could they possibly have leased
all 144 apartments??
