    Before I came to visit Chappell Oaks, my sister described the property to me. My opinion was WOW. When I arrived, it was like stumbling into an oasis. The landscaping was breathtaking. Upon entering her residence, I was taken back by the layout of the apartment and the roominess of it. There is a deafening silence day and night that brought about a serenity to the complex as we sat on the patio. I definitely noticed the service and care that was provided to the residents! I expressed my jealous to my sister stating that I never received that kind of service anywhere that I had lived. I told my told my sister that Chappell Oaks would be my next residence! As I left the complex all I could say was WOW! Itll be great to visit my sister at Chappell Oaks.

    There are many apartment communities in Central Texas, but none are as impressive or offer the quality of living as Chappell Oaks in Belton, TX. When my wife and I first saw Chappell Oaks, it was love at first sight! We sold our home overlooking nearby Belton Lake and moved into one of Chappell Oaks spacious three-bedroom one-story apartments. That was seven years ago! We only wish we had done it sooner! You have to see it to understand why we love living here. Chappell Oaks is a gated community wherein you will find approximately a dozen apartment units with architecturally-appealing exteriors and exquisitely-designed interiors, set in a beautiful landscape of shade trees, manicured lawns, and flower beds. It also has a spacious, tastefully designed and furnished community clubhouse with a fully equipped kitchen and fireplace. Adjacent to the clubhouse is a beautifully landscaped gated courtyard with a swimming pool, hot tub, picnic tables, barbeque pit, and outside fireplacethe perfect place for entertaining friends and family or hosting parties! Best of all is the Chappell Oaks management staff who are the friendliest, most helpful people you could hope to meet! Also, Chappell Oaks has a full-time maintenance representative who promptly responds to and fixes any problems you may occasionally experience. You will love your friendly neighbors, too, and will enjoy the many social opportunities to get to know them better throughout the year. Chappell Oaks is ideally situated for shopping convenience. Within a mile radius of the entrance are H.E.B., a super Walmart, a movie theatre, numerous restaurants, car wash, and many other businesses and amenities. If you are looking for the perfect place to call home, look no further; Chappell Oaks has everything you could possibly want! Check it out!

    Totally worth the read if you want the true inside scoop on Chappell Oaks Apartments in Belton, Texas. This property is one of the oldest apartment complexs in Belton and tries to lead you to believe they are just as good or even better than the other newer apartment complexs in Belton. Beware because all you will get are lies and empty promises from this location. They have tried and done a few cosmetic changes to apartments to lead you to believe its something that it is not. Maintenance well forget that, its just as bad as the management, totally not qualified. Basically all the maintenance staff can do is very minor and are just a so called garbage pick up person three days out of the week. This property preys on the elderly and military so beware of that. I have felt so sorry for all the stories I have heard from all the residents here. All the residents have said they have brought up concerns over the property, maintenance issues that are never addressed, all like everything else here falls on deaf ears. Parking you only get one reserve spot and there are very, very few other spots for visitors to park. A lot of the residents here have multiple vehicles and take up all the non reserved spots. So you will more than likely have to have visitors have you pick them up at Walmart or HEB since they will have no place to park here. In closing, the only option you have if you sign a lease here is wait for it to be up and leave as fast as you can. This property is totally not worth what they are charging for rent, its old and dated. Better choice would be to choose one of they newer properties in the area, better value totally for the same and or less money. Shop the other properties in the area and save not only money but peace of mind.
