There is broken glass all over the parking lots and in the courtyards. If you have a problem the Office Manager tells you to call the police. The apartment buildings are littered with trash. The pet owners do not pick up their dogs waste.
Dont move here, its a old property and the staff sucks, not friendly and very unprofessional
Do not live here!! The air conditioning is awful!! Im in the process of figuring out how to cancel my lease because I cant take it anymore! My air is currently set to 60 degrees and the apartment is reading at 81!! Apparently they fixed the air yesterday according to my weekly maintenance request. I just called and left the nastiest voicemail of my life on the emergency maintence line. Im done with this crappy place and everyone should take word that its a great location and thats the end of the benefits.
I am very disappointed in the poor condition of this apartment. The apartment was not cleaned well and "move-in" ready. The air conditioner did not work for months after I moved in. The stove did not work correctly and needed to be replaced within the 1st month of moving in. The replacement was old, used & only a little better. The freezer has not worked correctly since I moved in. Efforts to fix it by maintenance, made it worse and my food thawed out while in the freezer. Water drips down from the ceiling where the air conditioner unit is placed while taking a shower. The kitchen faucet drips and continues to drip even after maintenance came to fix it. The patio door window is cloudy due to the double pane leaking. Overall, this apartment is not kept up well, is old, has outdated faucets & appliances. I would not recommend it and the rent is way too high for what you get. I could understand these conditions if I was paying half as much.
