Overall the community is good however the rent payment is expensive because you are set with one payment for rent and then the person gets hit with numerous over 60 extra dollars for trash, water and etc.

Also another suggestion the person should have the option to pay the $50.00 for the basic cable. If I'm with another provider I shouldn't have to pay the extra $50 dollars when I'm not even using the basic cable. I believe if you are able to show that you have cable the $50.00 dollars should be remove. I believe when my lease is up I'll probably move. I've been here almost 1 year and half it seems as the rent continue to spike.

Also when I least last year they up the price on my rent to renew my lease. So I had to move out one building to another building just to receive the same rate or better than the one that's offered. I'm a one-time paying person so I don't see what's the big deal to spike my rent payment up 100 dollars more plus the additional fees. I believe if you pay on time you should at least keep the same price. I shouldn't have to move into another apartment.

Lower the rent. We were told there would be new carpet in this unit upon move in, but after only 6 months it looked like someone had lived here for 3 or 4 years. A STRAIGHT explanation of the bill would also be nice instead of all the legal talk. And how about charging me EXACTLY what you said you would instead of adding things that don't make sense to the bill.
