Pros:
Great apartment for price.
Quick repairs.
Friendly, understanding staff.
Great neighbors.
On site laundry.
Cons:
Bad neighborhood.
Found a guy rummaging through dumpster but he was quickly lead off the property.
Not actually gated when we moved in, still wasn't when we left.
Swimming pool never worked.
Had to have money for laundry units.
Kicked out early so they could renovate the building.
