do not move here they are rude unprofessional and do not care for the tenants they will find ways to add more and more fees for you to pay. mold around air vents i could go on and on

The representative at the time was very rude to me, asked for options, she said it was not possible, could not work with me, so glad I don't live there to deal with her.

Excellent customer service from leasing staff while looking for an apartment in Beaumont. Moving across country and they made it easy. Beautiful apartments! Rented the Terazzo which is owned by Mosiac

Pros: Great apartment for price. Quick repairs. Friendly, understanding staff. Great neighbors. On site laundry. Cons: Bad neighborhood. Found a guy rummaging through dumpster but he was quickly lead off the property. Not actually gated when we moved in, still wasn't when we left. Swimming pool never worked. Had to have money for laundry units. Kicked out early so they could renovate the building.
