After speaking to some of the current tenants. I tried to get in touch with the regional manager to find out how well they follow up on things and was very disappointed. I was very hopeful that the information I had received from other tenants was one sided. These people don't really seem to care at all. I called several times to receive not 1 call back from the regional manager. I did hear from the property manager on-site 1 time but no real information. The current tenants did say the maintenance is the worst. It takes forever to fix anything. They don't keep doggie bags available as they are supposed so even if they carry their own down others don't and the mess is left for whoever to step in it. One of the tenants said she had a puppy that was perfectly healthy and he got parvo due to the other dogs and their mess being left behind. Oh and 1 of the Tennant said one of the maintenance guys had tried to grope her and watches her but nothing has been done about it.

We moved in in March and love it here. The landscaping is beautiful and the grounds are kept clean. People for the most part even clean up after their dogs. It diverse and all of the neighbors we've come across have been nice. Interior is nice and spacious. We've only had to submit one maintenance request for the AC and that was just because the thermostat needed a battery. The response was very timely. No i'm not being paid for this review lol. I just relied on reviews a lot while searching for a place and wanted to make sure this place got it's props. Glad we chose this one over others.
