This is a quaint little complex with a few units in a quiet residential area. These units are all bills paid and all electric as well. Pricing is a little high for this area but could be considered reasonable since the electric is included.

I would like to live here, because of the setup of the neighborhood. There is easy access to the hospital and emergency center. Restaurants and grocery centers are about 5 to 10 minutes away.
