What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Beaumont

I like that the parks and stores are within walking distance. It's also easy to access the highway. The neighborhood is an older one so some of the homes are in need of repair, and there is also the issue of unsecured dogs walking around but overall it is a decent area to live if you're on a budget.

I love my backyard. I like my neighbors and I like my front porch the grocery store is right up the street from me so that's pretty good

all culde sacs so not heavy traffic.quiet and peaceful, fairly stable neighborhood everyone stays to themselvs

If you are lucky you may find a good neighbor. Nothing is really unique. People just come home to sleep before going back to work.

People of all income level. Great choices in grocery stores and mall nearby. Love shopping in the mall and going grocery shopping.

Nothing is unique. It sucks, especially at night. I rather be in the city where there are more normal people.h
