What Renters Like and Dislike About Austin

A planned community with HOA maintained amenities including pools, tennis courts and parks and trails

I love the fact that it is close to a major grocery store as well as some restaurants and shops. I also feel safe walking here.

I like that i'm not too far from downtown Austin, but still far enough so that I can avoid most of the I-35 traffic. I also like that there is so much around me and easy access to any given store or restaurant.

I like how close my neighborhood is to everything I need. I work in downtown Austin and I don't sit in a lot of traffic to go to work.

There isnt really anything unique. There arent any interesting places to go hang out with friends or family.

It's close by to a shopping center and a lot of restaurants. It's right by a major highway, 10 min drive to downtown.
