Zero customer service, disguisting human being for a landlord ... and poor people who don't speak English, they treat them like second rate humans. I was a tennant ... for a while ... super racist landlord, Kelly Boss, per everyone around here ... and straight up told me when my heater thing was out "If you don't like it just move out" because it wasn't "cold enough" to be an "emergency." The property is trashy, turned into a section 8, and crack dealers & hookers galore 24/7 like Detroit. Ghettofabulous indeed, with max price to match max crime ... you get what you pay for? And she's dancing around the law when it comes to the 30.06 laws regarding concealed carry, and this hypocritical person is dual wielding .22 handguns. So, as a resident, it's dangerous, because she's carrying a gun all the time ... despite the sign on the door saying [and it's legal & correct] ... so even arguing with her is scary when it comes to this stuff, and she's blatently breaking the law like some billionaire elite wanna be or something that's not subject to the same terms & conditions as everyone else. I'm so scared of this person that I had to make a seperate account in order to even to report this stuff without the potential retialiation from her ... already reported to the Tenant Council. Somebody needs to stop this person or react accordingly !

The quality of the apartment itself is going downhill every day and every few weeks there is another problem. Any maintenance request can take a few weeks or months, or they claim they can't fix it until it is completely broken. Pest/bugs are prevalent in every apartment and different exterminators try different tactics with no success. It is very hard to communicate with the office, and most of the time they will not give you a straight answer. Most of the time both workers in the office will give conflicting statements, which is extremely frustrating. You have to pay exorbitant trash fees only for your trash not to be picked up. The facilities and community are not clean and maintained well. I advise you to look at other options.

there is always trash all over the place, they have a vallet trash fee yet it doesnt always get picked up. the maintenance people are very nice but often slow & forget about things they said theyd come back to fix. the lady in charge is rude and aggressive. the actual apartments are very pretty and have good appliances (when they work). laundry is often broken/homeless people have been found inside. there are better places to live.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! The carpet was torn within a month of living here. The door would constantly falling off their tracks. The apartment had an odor that I could not get rid of from old pipes in the wall. I had noise complaints form neighbors whose dogs barked at 5 am and management did nothing. I have dogs, it was pure a noise complaint. My AC went out in May.. MAY in TEXAS with over 90 degree weather and management did nothing to help me. It took days to fix. Everything was constantly breaking and management was no help. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!!!
