The Preserve at Travis Creek has everything you could want and more! Their amenities are top of the line and include everything from Hammocks and ping pong to high end workout facilities and a resort-style pool and hot-tub. They even have a spacious dog-park with dog-washing stations to boot! Residents and management are extremely friendly and their maintenance staff are incredible and very responsive to requests. My favorite thing about this place is the walking-distance proximity to the Barton Creek Greenbelt -- a short hike gets you to Twin Falls in minutes! You can't find a better complex minutes from downtown with quality amenities for the same price. Look no further -- take a tour of the Preserve Today!
PTC is a beautiful place to live. The management is amazing. The amenities are outstanding.The units are beautiful and the property environment can't be beat. I looked at all the existing and newer apartment complexes in the area and PTC beat them all in every area.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
Heading southbound on I-35, take the 290/71 west (highway) exit. Go about 2 - 3 miles until you get to the Southwest Parkway. Make a right on the Southwest Parkway. The community will be about a mile down, on the right hand side. Look for the large American flag above the tree tops!
