Current vet records and pet photos are required as part of application process.

I love this place, 1st-Staff & management are the BEST! Location is great! Residents are friendly, complex is clean.... they are always dong some sort of improvements... Love it! Love it! Love it!

Living at TPTC has been such an amazing experience thus far. The whole staff is helpful and courteous, and not to mention the whole property is everything I had hoped for! Would definitely recommend!

I truly enjoy being at The Preserve. The location is just far enough from downtown to give me a feeling of escape and relaxation, away from the constant buzz of Austin's nightlife. Yet, I am close enough (7 or 8 miles) to drive to the downtown action if I please. I love the trees of The Preserve, the trails, and the overall nature. All staff, management, office, maintenance, and custodial have been very pleasant to work with.
