It is a nice place. I've lived here for a little over a year and haven't had any problems getting maintenance issues handled and they are very friendly. It's so nice to have the workout room and it is well maintained The pool is beautiful and fun. The ducks make life here interesting. Get to witness lots of ducklings being born in the spring. Sooo cute
See an apartment before you move in and do a thorough walk through
I'll tell that it's a peaceful place with a perfect location and safe place.
Its a pretty cool place to stay..
I love the location and the community. The apartments are comfortable and my view can't be beat Anything I request of the staff is taken care of quickly. It is a joy to come home each day and rest. The community features, pool, v ball court, tennis court, work out facilities, are well maintained.
The only reason why my score is not excellent is because for this price, the cabinets for the kitchen and bathroom is as old as the building itself. Due to many years of normal use they seem dated. An attempt to keep them functional is good, however, parts for them no longer exists and should be replaced for this price point. Other than that, all is well.
