Some residents were noisy inside and outside the apartment. When there were high winds that blew past the building, it made it very scary and even blew things off the balcony. Some balconies are not private and are right next to your bedroom window so if you want to open your blinds, your neighbor is able to look directly in your bedroom. Or if your neighbor blasts loud music on their balcony at night, it can be heard from bedroom and living room. Left because the rent price doesn't match the quality. The views are nice, but this isn't the only place in the area that offers a view.

Views are beautiful, but the area attracts young people who still want to party and drive way over the speed limit on our single lane road. Management is never on the property and maintenance is not on site. Takes up to 2-3 days for requests to be filled.

Great views, but during the Summer there is a lot of activity. Young people who drive fast on the street to get to the lake. Property manager can is out of sorts.

It looks beautiful. Living here is not that great. The noise level is insane, always loud. People do not clean up after their pets. If you can get over all the really annoying and terrible things, it does have a great view! But thats it.
