My family and I enjoy our living space, it's a great floor plan and everyone is happy. The landscaping may not be a plush as other communities around this property, but no other community can compare to the space that you get for your money! Which is what sold us on this property! We love it and are planning our renewing our lease for another year :)

The apts are outdated... There is a lot that needs work here. A 3 3 is nice, but they don't put a lot of effort into making it ready for new tenants. The water pressure in the master bath is weird and it makes a lot of noise sometimes. The floors feel like the padding under the carpet is really patchy. It takes months to get a leaky ceiling fixed. Idk. The people in the front office are actually nice and trying to make sure we the tennants are taken care of... But... They can only do so much since they aren't management. Parking is a nightmare unless you pay for a parking spot. Idk. Its not terrible but it's not great.

I wouldn't even recommend this complex to the homeless.

Layout is good, things get fixed in a timely manner. The parking spots are very small and there's not enough of them. Landscaping could use improvement. Staff is great if you talk to them in person or over the phone, but are very slow getting back to you through emails.
It's a decent affordable community. I've never had any problems.
