Management screwed us over after we left. We were chared over $400 if unnecessary fees for damages that weren't real. The biggest lie was claiming that we had pet urine stains int he carpet. This is NOT TRUE, yet they took is an opportunity to completely replace the carpet costing us over $200. Despite the fact that we did extensive cleaning in the apartment, we were charged a hefty cleaning fee which again, was simply them taking advantage of the situation. We tried reasoning with them, asked for proof of these damages, and argued that we did everything we were told to do, management's response was rude and condescending. Although the apartment itself is nice, I can't in good faith recommend this apartment complex to anyone. We feel like they saw took advantage of us to update the apartment and I wouldn't be surprised if this happens to other tenants after they leave.
The maintenance staff is incredible! Always a quick response and fix.
Great location, quick maintenance response requests, and welcoming staff.
The apartment itself is great. Lots of electrical outlets, prewired for ethernet w/ patch port in the closet. The design is nice, has a great view, etc. However, it does not seem like the apartment takes security very seriously. The garage door gates are constantly open or broken. The complex requires a keyfob to get in, but only a few doors actually have keypads, so most doors are exit only. And then they get left propped open to work around the lack of keyfobs, so they are always open.
