I just moved in about 3 weeks ago - it's a perfect location with restaurants, bars, and shops within a walkable distance, and close proximity to downtown (but not too close :)). The staff--Renee especially--is super helpful and knowledgeable about the property. The application process was seamless and stress-free, given the circumstances of my move. The amenities are everything I wanted and more (rooftop, lots of common spaces, nice pool, bike locker, huge gym on site...). & all the residents are young & have dogs so I've made a lot of friends already. I'm super happy about my choice to move in and while I'm paying a couple hundred more than other buildings in the area, I think it's well worth it.
