The location is great and the team up front is great as well. the only issue i personally have is with the trash build up around the dumpsters and broken gates.. i wish these gates worked because many people from off the streets come in here and dump there loads of trash into our dumpsters and our dumpsters fill up faster than they should. Now granted, i see the maintenance team tried there best and works hard. so we appreciate that. Just wish people would be less trashy. but thats not the apartments fault. people just suck..lol.

-a huge issue with roaches. Even after the extensive treatment you paid for my apartment, the issue persists.
-slow work orders

But i love the apartment complex. I truly enjoyed living here - if it wasn't for bugs problems, I ll be rating it excellent but roaches screwed me up.

Have never been able to get rid of the roaches ever despite many efforts!!! Cheap blinds that break off. Kitchen and bathrooms were filthy upon move in and apartment was crawling with roaches. Many maintenance issues however Alberto was always very responsive and efficient.
