Maintenance is awful, the apartments are not worth their price.

This place is horrible. If you are thinking about moving here please turn around. The water is always cut off. Management doesn't care about anything you tell them. I told them about human feces in my breezeway for 3 days before they picked it up. There is always cops there and they will charge you every charge in the book when you try to move out. Please don't move here. Its nothing but headaches.

I pay 40.00 a month for cable. I would like Time Warner to have a meet and great with the residence and allow for other cable options.
When I first moved in, one of the things that I looked forward to, was the monthly calendar and events. The calendar posted community events, and every other Friday was double dollars for laundry,(that was a great incentive for staying with Stassney Woods).

Fix my washer. I never put food down the drain or in the dishwasher and the continually say it is food clogging the line.
Also stop doing pluming repairs every week. Figure out the problem and fix it stop doing patches.
