I pay 40.00 a month for cable. I would like Time Warner to have a meet and great with the residence and allow for other cable options.
When I first moved in, one of the things that I looked forward to, was the monthly calendar and events. The calendar posted community events, and every other Friday was double dollars for laundry,(that was a great incentive for staying with Stassney Woods).
Fix my washer. I never put food down the drain or in the dishwasher and the continually say it is food clogging the line.
Also stop doing pluming repairs every week. Figure out the problem and fix it stop doing patches.
The water is turned off too often.
Improve safety: APD is in the parking lot several times per week. Better vetting of tenants, perhaps a gate/fence.
Improve plumbing: recently, at least once per week, an e-mail is sent by Stassney regarding a water shutoff somewhere on the property.
Make laundry card refilling easier; rather than go to the office to give a check, have a card reader available to tenants, which can accept credit/debit card payment (or even cash). Especially since Stassney only allows rental payment via online payment, this would seem to require an update.
Better updates by MAA/Stassney regarding safety and important community-wide issues. There was no immediate outreach following the fire in building 5 several weeks ago; it would seem an e-mail explaining what happened, the causes, what could/should have been done to avoid it, and, in general, news about the issue, would be warranted. There was an e-mail sent about 2 weeks afterward, presuming everybody knew what had happened and the cause, and letting us know about MAA's response (finding housing both on and off site, encouraging greater community outreach); this seemed to be a rather delayed response, and did not address root causes.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
