We are on the Lake Austin shuttle bus line which is very convenient for students and business executives. ?Whole Foods is a half mile away and the warehouse district and fine dining in downtown Austin is just a few blocks from there. The hike & bike trail is within walking distance for those who prefer to walk or ride a bike.
Nearby within walking distance is West Lynn's coffee shops and restaurants like Galaxy Cafe, Caffe Medici, Fresh Plus, Cipollina Italian, Clarks Oyster Bar, Arroyos, and Sweetish Hill Bakery among others.

Awesome location, though there isn't any apartment security
Some conveniences like trash removal, laundry, overall volume of outside are not at the level of most of other places you can live.
The apartments are well maintained, and location location location.
It's been very accommodating.
Pros: Great location, the parking situation is decent, mostly respectful neighbors, nice office staff. Cons: -The walkways and outside walls have gross cob webs and dead bugs -The carpet in the apartment is atrocious -Old outdated AC unit brings in more allergens and dust than cold air -Office staff only work 8-5...when most are working! Almost impossible to get packages and ask questions. (maybe by design?!) -Water pressure disappears if anyone else showers at the same time
