The new management and people in the office are great! Very sweet and helpful, always on top of things!
I have been living here for ten years, and i love it. I gues because It is close to my work, to my church, to I 35 hwy, and of course, close to walmart, great restaurants , and theatre for movies.
There was not ever any 'real' property management. Not one person in the management dept knew anything about managing those apartments; the worst place i have ever experienced; my rent m/o was lost twice, and I had to pay late fees and the cost to recover the lost money order!!!!!!!!!!! there was a horrible plumbing issue with my building that we had to deal with for months before anything was done about it. plumbing backing up into the sinks and tubs
They want do anything about the parking. We need handicap parking. We have lived here for 8 yrs. We have to fight for parking. Sometimes we don't have any parking. No one respects us here.
They take for ever to fix your problems. But thank goodness they have kept up with the place.
