    Do yourself a favor and find another place to call home. By far the worst experience I have ever had renting. Have so many complaints but today tops them all. The apt upstairs from us has a water leak they provide little to no help, the manager basically tells my pregnant wife that they are going to spray some kind of chemicals to treat the toilet water that ran down the walls soaked our mattress, box spring and entire carpet. Then tells her that it is no problem that the chemicals are safe, but won't put it in writing. So now we have to find a hotel room on our dime of course because it is not their problem that we choose not to stay in a room that was flooded by toilet water. So if you're reading this know this is just the worst of many bad experiences at San Paloma apartments, there's certainly better places and cheaper I'm sure!

    I have 8 days to report a problem in my apartment and they took 3 to come and they did not solve the problem

    San Paloma is good community to live but staffs here are bit lazy and action promptly over complaints. The service here is pretty decent. I have high lighted many times of inconveniences in facilities provided, which shows that they don't scrutiny.

    Very little complaints about the complex besides parking & that its an older complex. Theres almost never any parking after 6 pm. It is a big complex so I understand. Its also older, so its not renovated or updated. I was told I was going to get wood but was surprised with carpet when I walked in the door. Overall, its a good complex. Pool is beautiful, maintenance is quick & staff is very welcoming.
