Post South lamar is in the most perfect location in Austin! Walkable to great restaurants, Alamo Drafthouse, top gyms and dog-friendly, what else could you need?
Post South Lamar is a large community, but provides a very personal experience. Every time I visit the leasing office, they know my name and greet me with a smile. This is hard to find in any apartment complexes, but especially in one the size of Post South Lamar. I love my room, the layout and the modern finishes. I really lucked out finding Post South Lamar and I hope to get to stay here for a long time.
My experience has been great so far! The staff is friendly and accommodating, would definitely recommend :)
The post has really accommodated my stay thru out these months. The office expresses much professionalism and attention to the community within the premises. The greatest thing in the apartment complex is the staff that has kept this place running smoothly. They are the reason I love this place. Whatever I need that may be wrong, in my apartment, they will fix within the following day.
I love living at Post South Lamar. My apartment layout and balcony make working from home very enjoyable. The community has amazing facilities (fitness center, club room, pool) and the location can't be beat. As a single woman, I feel very safe living here. Management & maintenance team always go above and beyond when responding to any questions or requests that I have.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
