This place is the worst. Management is a total joke. I wish I could give less than one star.

Used to be great, but MAA management is driving the building into the ground. The location is wonderful, but the building is poorly maintained and the office staff is not only unresponsive but rude and takes no accountability.

This place is literally a joke. I wish I dint have to live here anymore. The management is SO HORRIBLE. As far as the actual apartment goes, it's pretty nice but having to deal with management makes living here not worth it at all. I don't have enough bad things to say about this place and the way it is ran.

ALL things considered - It's great! I work across the street, have a fantastic corner unit, pay an excellent rate. Management is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Neighbors seem chill. Amenities are a nice touch. I love it, and feel fortunate to live here.

Post South lamar is in the most perfect location in Austin! Walkable to great restaurants, Alamo Drafthouse, top gyms and dog-friendly, what else could you need?
