One of the best places I have ever called home. I love the privacy, the balcony view of trees, the dog park, and the wonderful staff and maintenance. I only hope the new management will not increase rent so that I can continue to live here
Post Park Mesa is everything I want in a rental property. It is a well maintained, clean, quiet complex with very nice tenants in a beautiful neighborhood. I consider it a great value and simply a great place to live.
I have lived all around Austin and Post Park Mesa is hands down the best apartment experience I have had to date. The location is amazing, the staff is phenomenal, the apartments are beautiful, and the community is very safe. I love living at Post Park Mesa!
I have lived in several apartments and have dealt with various property management companies. With that being said, Post Park Mesa�� s Management team is out of the park in comparison. I couldn�� t be happier with their professionalism, the friendliness and responsiveness to my issues. In addition, you can always come home to find readily available / convenient parking no matter the time of day, and enjoy the quietness (not being able to hear your neighbors).
Post Park Mesa is a treasure of an apartment community. Peaceful, beautiful, and secure. I love my apartment and the view from my patio. The facilities and management teams are the best!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
