NICE APARTMENTS BUT THE WORST MANAGEMENT TEAM THAT I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH - TERRIBLE ABOUT

New management has completely ruined this complex. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone if you work at all, they never answer or even check emails and expect you to just be able to drop everything during your work day to call them or go down to the office. The units are overpriced, have faulty Nest thermostats that constantly disconnect and reset due to the TERRIBLE and overpriced "community internet" that you cannot opt out of. The electric is also faulty and causes breakers to constantly flip. My electric bill is constantly insanely high because they refuse to fix the internet and Nest issues. The Nest only ever blows hot air, at random times outside of when you "schedule" it. The new management is impossible to ever get ahold of and the maintenance people will enter your apartment without permission and not fix anything. Honestly I feel like it's a safety risk to live here at this point with all the electrical issues I have had and maintenance letting themselves and other random men into my apartment without permission.
