BEWARE! I consider this review a public service. Keep in mind that apartment complexes give incentives/perks to residents for leaving positive reviews. My apartment at Palo Verde was unlivable. Moving out after three months cost me thousands of dollars to break the lease and the trouble of packing, unpacking, packing and moving twice. The apartments and facilities are brand new and beautiful, however, because of the cheap construction I could hear practically every sound made by the people living above me. They were an older couple who were home most of the time along with the grandchild they babysat almost every day from 8 am until sometimes 9 pm. I heard constant pounding, running, dropping of objects, bouncing b alls, jumping and stomping on a constant basis, sometimes for prolonged periods of time. It felt like the sound was transmitted and even magnified by the poor construction of the flooring. The noise even interfered with me speaking on the phone because the people I was speaking to could hear the noise as well! The staff were wonderful and did everything possible to make the situation better but there is no fix for construction issues.

Applying, leasing, and moving into Palo Verde have all been a breeze thanks to the helpful management. They have provided a lot of guidance along the way and ensured that everything was ready for move-in on the day we arrived. My husband and I drove for four days to get to our new home and moved in sight-unseen, so we were so happy to see what a lovely and well equipped home it is.

Minor areas of improvement but beautiful and well made apartments. On the high price for the area but the apartments are beautiful and amenities well thought out to encourage community.
