A bit noisy from above neighbors and proximity to a/c units. You can hear between floors and walls. Great staff, clean common areas.

Possible things you may have to deal with living here (that I've dealt with):

Poisonous snakes. Coyote sightings. Tarantulas. Burglary. Unresponsive staff. Rude management that will yell and argue with you. Stepping in dog feces (it's everywhere). Trash everywhere. Racists. Damage to vehicles. Packages Not being delivered when you receive notification that they have been. Dog attacks. Screaming neighbours. Unsupervised children running in the streets.

I haven't been here a full year and moving here is one of my biggest regrets.

Your experience may be different, but I honestly can't recommend this place in good conscience. There are other places on 620 where you will be treated better. Be sure to look around before settling here
