Amazing management team, that knows each and everyone's name, their pets names, and is truly emotionally invested in you. They are building a community and not just filling vacancies.
Office staff are friendly and pet friendly. Its a enjoyable place to live. You can feel at home
So helpful on helping me feel at home...Leslie and Sean are very caring and want the best for families...
I had roach infestations and then reported that there were rodents. They ignored me for two weeks despite frequent communication. After two weeks, my personal property had been destroyed and I had to move to a new unit, which they did not help with. Numerous people have been rude and unresponsive in the office despite the fact that their delay caused me damage. Lease is awful - does not allow for breaking the contract, except by paying for the whole lease, every other complex I've lived in has a one or two month penalty. Water is frequently turned off, the gate malfunctions, and there is a lot of crime. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
They never call you back, they never return emails and they do not pay their invoices. Every time I am in the office tenants are complaining about the poor service and communication. I would not lease here. Someone finally called me back. They are now saying I may not get paid because I was not in the office the first time the client came in. BUT. I was there the day before with a registration card and registered online as well. He was caught in traffic. I was on the way out of town because my elderly mother had a car accident. I was going to reschedule for Monday but they told me to have him come in and assured me I would get paid. Now they are going back on their word and telling me I may not. They have huge turnover so none of the people I was working with then are still employed.
