Amazing management team, that knows each and everyone's name, their pets names, and is truly emotionally invested in you. They are building a community and not just filling vacancies.
Office staff are friendly and pet friendly. Its a enjoyable place to live. You can feel at home
Moved into the smallest one bedroom on 10/25/17
Found many issues upon pre move in walk through, several still not addressed now 5/21/18
Many questions and concerns about safety within apartment and overall property have gone ignored all this time
It took months to get a key to the pedestrian gate and it still doesnt work though doesnt seem to matter as gates are propped open right in front of cameras and nothing done about it
In addition there are exit gates unused for safety that are locked with a bike lock at the top and people squeeze through consistently (strangers/homeless/overall unsafe) but no one does a thing about it
The bathtub is disgusting due to repeated and poorly done resin/epoxy spray (rather than repairing/replacing the tub)
Impossible to get the tub clean due to the resin/epoxy which is slowly disintegrating and have not received information/disclosure on the type of resin/epoxy used on the tub though asked several times due to warnings to my health
The flooring in the bathroom is so soft that the toilet wobbles and seems to be a lot of old water damage which Ive only recently begun to stop smelling the moldy/mildew smellasked about it several times to no avail
It took 2+ months to get dishwasher replaced after it flooded upon first use then was repaired but flooded again
Change the ac filter each month but still black soot like stuff consistently blowing out of vents WHEN the AC/heat actually works
Entry door looks as if a swat team had knocked it in at some pointso much damage to the frame of the door I took a nasty spill the first day moving in when the ledge broke away under metook 3 tries to get that vaguely repaired
Have never been able to see through the security peek holeanother thing gone without repair
Had to spend money out of own pocket to remedy a serious roach issue upon move inthough they said someone came out to spray(?) and I am charged each month for pest control *more but out of room*
So helpful on helping me feel at home...Leslie and Sean are very caring and want the best for families...
I had roach infestations and then reported that there were rodents. They ignored me for two weeks despite frequent communication. After two weeks, my personal property had been destroyed and I had to move to a new unit, which they did not help with. Numerous people have been rude and unresponsive in the office despite the fact that their delay caused me damage. Lease is awful - does not allow for breaking the contract, except by paying for the whole lease, every other complex I've lived in has a one or two month penalty. Water is frequently turned off, the gate malfunctions, and there is a lot of crime. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
