Just dont live here. Miserable and ridiculously bad place to live. Apartment in complete disrepair (toilet flusher broken, freezer must be taped shut, extra equipment stored in our closet, patio door sticks so bad I get stuck outside, bathroom door broken and handle fallen off, terrible smell, miles from the only two elevators, and much more). Put in a work order 3 week ago to handle some of this, havent heard a word. Complained, still nothing. Office staff is beyond stupid, repeatedly give incorrect information, gave me a mailbox key that doesnt work, a garage transponder that doesnt work, and seem to know almost nothing about their own jobs. Just awful situation. Not to mention the disgusting smell of trash and animal feces everywhere outside the complex.

The location is great! Lots of restaurant, bars and coffee shops nearby and not too far from the town lake. There is a lot of construction in the same block so noise and traffic are something to consider. The amenities are nice but the pool and rooftop could be maintained a bit better. Overall neighbors are nice and chill but not all of them clean after their pets. Management is okay: overall nice people but it does take them a while to get back to you or get things done.

I live on the top floor and there's a banging noise coming from something on the roof that bangs when its windy out. It literally prevents my roommate and I being able to sleep and be in the apartment when its windy. We have put in several maintenance requests and talked to the office and no one did anything and they told us nothing. Months later I went to check on the problem and they were rude and told me it's just the building and we have to live with it. It's so bad my roommate and I barely live in our own apartment anymore. I tried finding something in the lease to move out early considering they are unwilling to fix a major problem with the unit, but it would cost more than just finishing out the lease. I don't appreciate their lack of understanding, inability to keep us in the loop, and downright rudeness in handling the issue. I'm sure if they were living somewhere that they couldn't sleep in they would want something changed as well, and honestly they are lucky we've been as nice as we have. It's a shame because I would have moved into a different unit in the other building or something but now i would NEVER live in a building where the staff is so rude and unwilling to help.

Be warned: The 'new' Phase II building is already falling apartment. Paint is chipping, appliances are breaking, cracks in the stairwells are showing up and the brand new gym equipment already looks decades old. It comes down to the fact that this building was just built really cheap. On top of that, the property is dirty and not taken care of well. There are people literally living in the crawl spaces under the stairwells for crying out loud! Unfortunately, that's not a joke. Additionally, you will always be disturbed by noise #thinwalls. Don't even get me started on the management team.....or lack thereof I should say. I will not be renewing my lease.

Dear reader, if choose to move to PSL and you ever have a noise complaint, you will be told, Noise complaints are hard to prove in addition to, Noise is a part of communal living. I should know, Ive now been told the same generic response multiple times by various people in the office. But dont mind me, the fact that my apartment literally vibrates and rattles from the slamming and stomping noises my upstairs neighbor causes has been deemed not excessive. For reference, the noises she makes are so loud that I get woken up several times per week and on some occasions, several times per night. (And Im a deep sleeper.) It literally sounds like I live below a bowling alley most days. Regarding these noise issues, Ive spoken to 3 different office assistants, the leasing manager, the assistant property manager and now the Property Manager, Christine, over the last 9 months. None of these 6 people have been able to help find a viable solution. Additionally, Christine and Mark, the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager respectively, have started to ignore my emails / refuse to call me back. On an interesting side note, my loud upstairs neighbor has already received multiple lease violations against her for various reasons (mostly involving excessive noise). I know this to be true because the office has confirmed this for me in the past. Then this week I was told by management that the tenant above me will be given the option to renew her lease for next year. (Yes, despite the multiple lease violations she has already incurred.) Does that make sense to anyone reading this review? I asked management to tell me what happens when a tenant receives multiple lease violations and they were unable to provide me with a direct answer. *My full review is available on other review sites. This place is the worst. Management is a total joke. I wish I could give less than one star.
