As far as reaching out to the office for any questions, GOOD LUCK! No one answers the phone or returns emails. The office closes randomly for hours at a time, or closes early. If you get there and there are people there, you will likely wait a minimum of 15-20 minutes. Having your office staff leave positive reviews for your complex is extremely unethical, that solidified my move to ANY other place but this one.

Do you love loud music and the smell of Marijuana? If so, this is the place for you! All hours of the night or day, you can enjoy the rattle of someone's trunk and the thump of their bass. Hate swimming? Perfect! The pool is almost never open, between the city shutting it down and renovations... You'll almost never have to use it. The trash and waste services don't have a set schedule, which is great for keeping you on your toes. You never know when they'll come to empty dumpsters, 5AM on Saturday morning, or 9AM Wednesday... They keep it exciting. But don't worry, garbage will overflow into the parking lot for days while you wait! Let's talk about laundry! The laundry facilities, while not going through months long maintenance, are usually full. Are you aware and considerate of how you affect other people? No one who lives here is!! Get ready to wait hours for them to return and empty the machine they were using. Maintenance is non existent, grounds have virtually no upkeep, appliances are out dated, and fleas infest almost every inch of grass. Management has changed three times in 2 years... Maybe they finally got the winning team!

Hello my name is Rita recently moved in about 3 months ago.It was a bit complicated to get move in, but it turn out ok.Office staff were easy to work with. Met the maintenance guy Abel who just made my day .He took care of all maintenance need handling every need with a professional attitude and doing a job well done.I encourage you guys upper hands to him being more than just a small worker but to know he has the qualifications of being the bigger guy.A JOB WELL DONE>KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK Abel.REWARDS are on THE WAY. The current management company is making improvements, unfortunately they arent quality of life ones. If youre like most households and have multiple vehicles youll have to find a visitor spot. Now in most places thats not so bad. Here however there arent even enough visitor spots for the visitors. They have an almost predatory towing practice here.

The buildings roofs are getting re-done and if you happen to be locked out you can enjoy them for hours, unless of course you can pay $25 to be given. Dont worry though, they will take a check or money order, because who leaves home without a check book...

If youre one of the really lucky ones you maybe also enjoy the added advantage of paying rent twice in one month. Ive had this happen twice to me. Fortunately I saved the money order stubs the second time around.

For all you music lovers out there you can also look forward your neighbors sharing their favorite songs with you as they drive by at all hours! It can truely be a cinematic experience.
