Monitor the parking lots to ensure non-residents aren't taking up resident parking spaces. There's never any place to park near our apartment.

Circle C is a beautiful area, but I would like to see more control on the following 1. Noise levels (several occasions I have had to get out of bed even on weekdays after 11pm and ask people to keep it down), many residents talk very loud and party outside their apartments after hours,they play loud music in their apartments, listen to loud music in their cars, talk loudly in the hallways. 2. Many tenants still have their pets without a leash and doing their business on the grass and not picking it up, playing ball or letting dogs walk around freely. It is sad to see how some tenants do not show respect for a nice community and people we are trying to maintain.

Pet leash/waste disposal rules enforced. After 2-3yrs residency, a 1x incentive to renew w/o a rent increase and/or an incentive to move 'up' w/o penalty (there's already a utility penalty to transfer services w/in the community).

I love my apartment layout, but overall it is showing it's age. Old appliances, rotted wood on the balcony, a/c units that appear to be wired to try to make them last just a little bit longer, roof is questionable, as I have had squirrels in my roof. I've been a resident for 6 years, so maybe that's why nothing has been renewed/refreshed in my apt (I'm not a new person coming in). It's getting to be that the rent does not justify the value of this apartment. I'll be interested to see how much rent goes up this time around. One thing I would like to request is that the walk through gates be fixed (some of them do not even close) and set up so they don't slam loudly every time someone goes in/out. For those of us who live right next to these gates, that would be a welcome relief.
