They are very deceptive about rates n charges. The water is communal and there is NO recourse for audits. While living there our water jumped $80.00 for three months. We had to pay it. We were on a short term lease paying a premium and we did renew only to find out later not only did they require an increase but we were paying 110% more than what that size of apartment was leased for on a full year. We signed 8 months.
There are alot of other communities in the area I would absolutely stay clear of Lantana n Gables management.

I think it's a good place to live. It's a peaceful neighborhood, good for families. The apartments are ok, nothing fancy but they are clean and ready to use. The staff is really nice and professional.

My wife and I have enjoyed living at Lantana Ridge. Communication is great with everyone in all areas. It is very close to any shopping needs and about 15 minutes to downtown. Their are many young people here, but it is a very quiet place to live. I say this because I am 75 years old, have young people next door and up stairs and it is still very quiet.
