DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!

The only thing good about this place is it's location near greenbelt and Zilker. Management is absolutely awful, extremely rude and unprofessional. I had numerous issues with this apartment and have listed them all out below.

I did not have air conditioning for almost two weeks!! Whatever you do, do not live here

The apartments are in good condition and the grounds are kept clean. The staff is very friendly.

The major con with this property is that maintenance doesn't seem to fix our issues. We still do not have a functioning sink sprayer hose When the crew does fix something it is quick fix. For example our AC is broken again and simply blowing air. This has been an ongoing issue.

Love the location, Leasing staff is very friendly, maintenance is timely. Just don't get an apartment next to someone who plays loud music, you'll hear everything.

Living here is really nice. Located next to the greenbelt and a straight shot down town. Other than the quality of construction materials primarily due to ageing materials mainly , a downside is that there's no restaurants stores within walking distance other than taco deli and the food mart nothing that this place can do to change that though, it's just the location

Good facilities, but the office staff is very slow. When I applied and was accepted, it took them two weeks to get me my lease to sign. I have also heard complaints of maintenance not being very timely.

Also unexplained charges on my account that have no explanation and no one will answer when I ask about it.
