This was once a nice community I called home for two years in two different units. After moving out in June of 2017 I received an Invoice for my last water bill, which was standard protocol. However, two months later I received a bill in the mail for $700 to replace carpets, paint walls and a clean up fee. To say that Infinity is an unethical property management company would be an understatement. They are trying to revamp the property at the expense of old tenants. Our apartment had no pets and both myself and my roommate ( two young professionals) were always traveling for work. These fees are completely made up and legal action will be taken against this property. I WOULD NOT suggest living here.
The triangle is the best apartment I've lived in. It's expensive but I think it's worth it for the security and condition of the apartment. This is the first place I've lived in that has ZERO bug problems.
Very convenient to work. Great nearby businesses. Excellent layout. Wonderful walk and play area for dogs.
The Triangle is a great community to live in if you can afford it. The prices have increased significantly since I moved in in the summer of 2016 and I can no longer foot the bill to live here. Management is very friendly and willing to help. The amenities of the community are great. You're close to food/drink, a dry cleaner, and the park is a very friendly and open environment for setting up a hammock to read or just spending some time in the sun. Overall I would recommend living here if you've got the funds, but be warned it's quite pricey...
Good location. close bus stop and anything
