Well maintained community. Quiet and I feel safe. Good location and attentive staff
It was excellent, now it's horrible
My overall experience at the Indigo Apartments has been amazing. I had issues with leasing the apartments, but Courtni and especially Beth were there to help me along the way. They did not complain or get an attitude with me at all. They were kind, compassionate and very understanding to my situation and helped me along with the process. Moving in was a breeze and the information about how to get into the 24 hour fitness gym and to get into the pool were very easy to understand. Every time I go into the clubhouse to ask Beth a question she greets me with her lovely smile and asks me if I need help with anything. Always so friendly I appreciate it! The apartments themselves are very spacious, clean and updated! Only thing is the walls are a little thing, but everyone respects the quiet hours so I have no complaints! Thank you Indigo Apartments for providing such a wonderful home and community!
On move-in day we walked into the apartment and we could immediately smell a horrible odor, but couldnt tell where it was coming from. I walked past the laundry room and immediately knew where the foul odor was coming from. The washing machine had standing water in it. Behind the washer and dryer, there were dirty clothes. The bed room closet had dead bugs on top of the shelf. The bathtub had dead bugs all over. The molding in the bathroom was not cleaned and looked gross. The kitchen cabinets were dusty and counter tops were gritty feeling. The sink didnt drain properly and the disposal didnt work. Unfortunately, because we moved in on a Sunday a manager was not on duty so I had to wait until Monday. I go in Monday morning and all they offered to do was clean my apartment. While unpacking I had already cleaned the dead bugs and all the other gross things the tenants before us left behind. They insisted on having someone come and clean the apartment. I told the front office to make sure the person who is going to clean the apartment needs to be done by a certain because I had to be at work later on in the day. The cleaning personnel was late and didnt speak any English so there was a language barrier when I was trying to explain what I wanted to be cleaned. Maintenance always takes too long to fix items or just wouldn't come to fix the issue. Kristy told us that because we had so many issues that we wouldn't be charged for anything after moving out. Greystar has billed us $200 for carpet. Make sure whatever kristy says to have it in writing.
