Ants have been in the apartment for two plus months. Office staff gives lip service to issues but does not work with tenants. Construction is very poor, drawers not closing right, no caulk around doorsteps.

I was considering moving here, coz the amenities and close to my company. But, when I visited the property, I was shocked by a young male staff.
He asked me to leave, and followed me until I leave, very rude and unacceptable!
I won't move until that bad guy was fired.

I am aware of the interaction that occurred with our Leasing Agent, and I truly apologize if you felt he was being rude in any way; that was not his intention. However, any persons that are not residents wanting to use our amenities will be asked to leave. I know that you have stated that you no longer have interest in moving into our property, but we are more than happy to have you come by for a tour if things were to change in the future.
