Overall pretty good, no major issues. Staff is really friendly and responsive. If there's an issue with the apartment they fix it right away. Good location to bus stops, walking distance to campus. It's pretty quiet and only a 15-20 minute drive downtown. The pool is nice. I stayed for two years. You could probably find something nicer for the same price, but overall I was very happy with the apartment.
Have lived on this apartment for a year and have pleasant experience from staff and overall apartment condition.
The apartments are pretty run down, there is no flexibility, and the parking rules are completely insane. The office hours are also impossible if you work full time.
I think it's a good value for the location, and the rent is reasonable at the current price. They fix things quickly and maintain the outside area well. However, rent is going up more than 11% after only 1 year, and since the apartments are much smaller and much older than similar units in the area, and things aren't in very good condition. so while it's a good deal now, it will be a bad deal starting next year. Mgmt is extremely unwilling to compromise on rent prices.
Great, central, safe location that is close to campus and within biking distance of everywhere that I'd want to go.
