This will be my third time to renew my lease here at Gables Grandview. I love the location, it's really peaceful yet close enough to anything you may need. Just a short 5 minute drive. The amenities are amazing and the office staff and maintenance crew are first class. I highly recommend.
Really enjoy living here
I have lived in 5 different Austin area apartments and Gables Grandview has been my favorite. The property is in a great location with beautiful views every time you walk outside or look out the window. The office staff and community management are very friendly and professional, and the amenities are well taken care of.
Super staff, great views, usually very quiet, and roomy floor plans [my 2bed/2bath is essentially a dual master with two en suite double sink baths, and two walk in closets]. Hilltop entrance directly accesses 360 and 2222 so you have easy route to just about any direction you're heading out to, or coming home from.
This is my first apartment and I really don't think I could have picked a better one for the price I'm paying in this area. Everyone at the office is extremely helpful and I am very happy to be living here.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
