Parking is horrendous. If you arrive to the complex at late hours, you will not find a spot. You are forced to pay for a car port or park in the visitors section (which requires you to reserve the spot daily or risk being towed).
Management will assure you there is parking for all, this is false. Or they are not managing the vehicles on property that are not tenants.
I've lived at a handful of complexes over the last decade. Nothing comes close to the parking situation at this complex.
I lived here for 3 years because it was the cheapest in the neighborhood. I'd give it 3 stars. Deducting 2 stars for poor management and lack of professionalism in which cleanliness of the property does not make up for. I would give 5 stars if I were rating the speed at which repairs were made. Service team was A+.
This 1 star is because I moved out in 2015. It is 2018 and the gate is still ringing my phone in the middle of the night. Front desk always tell me they are on top of it. Hope this expedites the service after many repeated calls. :)
Love this place! The staff is professional and quick to respond to issues. Highly recommend ...
Overall, this is a great community and I am loving being a resident at The Gables on the Terrace!
Quiet, well maintained, very clean interior upon move-in, responsive staff, and great location
Our newly renovated community is unique, as our residents can take the Green Belt Trail to Zilker Park, offering a great short cut when the music festivals are in town.
