Coppertree

I live at CopperTree Apartments and these apartments dont look like the pictures shown above. The interior of the apartments is dated and slightly run down. The money required and asked for isnt worth wasting here. The employees here are more concerned renovating the exterior instead of the interior. The staff dont seem concerned at all that residents need/asked for functioning stoves, refrigerators or AC. The only thing I like about these apartments is the pool when they bother to clean it. And the view of the lake isnt too bad when it is nicely maintained. The worst thing about these apartments is the additional charges they are always adding to your rent. They add money for the littlest things that you may have on your porch/balcony like a cooler, or furniture that doesnt fit the standard of balcony equipment. They may also charge for any signs of dust or leaves that you leave on your porch/balcony. While I understand that you should maintain the place clean, they leave notices of these additional charges minutes after seeing any dirt or dead leaves. They wont give a warning sometimes and try to charge you. If you are not smart enough to keep all or any bills related to the apartment, you will mostly be scammed/tricked into paying more than you initially had to. While I could go on with more complaints, I will stop here. I hope this helps you decide if you want to live here or not. Keep in mind that I have lived here for 2-3 years and I know all the imperfections CopperTree Apartments have.
