Bring back the hot tub
I would love to see the landscapers improve the sprinkler system. Too often I see "rivers" of water running into the drains versus the landscape. That may be extreme but still. Cars and concrete don't need water. I think if they came out to do a study and some minor tweaks the property would water better and save a little $$.
I loved the idea of the hand sanitizer at the trash compactor. After it ran out the first time it has not been refilled and now it is broken. Not a big deal but it was a great idea in the beginning.
A brighter light for the apartment entrance at night, because the current light does not give a clear view of the entrance. Parking can also be very frustrating, but only late at night.
Do something about the ongoing safety & availability issues with parking. This has been something that nearly the entire community has complained about @ one point or another. Sadly the office staff does not feel the need to address. Other than the standard response "get a garage or covered parking space, for an additional charge" But even then you wont get a space near or attached to your building. I feel that if resident parking stickers were made, & visitor parking spot were made @ the front of the complex, this would help. Having a young child & working nights. I don't think that it's fair nor safe to walk from the front of the apartments all the way to my unit in the back in the dark.
the grounds need to be cleaned more often. Trash service needs to be more prompt, especially if I am paying for the service. There should never be trash piled up at the dumpster!! There is also an issue I have told the office about 3-4 times which has not been resolved. there is standing water, which appears to be a plumbing problem, in the front of building 5. It has been there over 6 months.
