Got approved for the apartments and now everything the representative Manika has said is FALSE! When I asked her she flat out told me IDK why I said that, let me have my manager call you back. Smh worst decision ever . My application was $210 dollars! She said it was only $60 but they charged my CC $150 and it takes 30-60 days to return!
Personally I wish I could give these apartments no stars at all. There is never any parking space here. You pay a trash fee to walk to the ONE TRASH Can FOR ENTIRE PROPERTY. Staff is rude, they dont make customer or living here any type of happy experience. They charge random extra fees. 620 is horrible to get out of at rush hour times and I mean 20 mins to get to the light thats 1 mile away. Hopefully you never have maintenance problem because its a living nightmare. Only thing good here is the price. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
Parking here is ridiculous, and only 1 dumpster that overfills. Cant believe Im complaining about my toilet for the 7th time.**Youd think they would replace it after the third work order.** The closer you are to the end of your lease the less they take care of your problems.
Bring back the hot tub
I would love to see the landscapers improve the sprinkler system. Too often I see "rivers" of water running into the drains versus the landscape. That may be extreme but still. Cars and concrete don't need water. I think if they came out to do a study and some minor tweaks the property would water better and save a little $$.
I loved the idea of the hand sanitizer at the trash compactor. After it ran out the first time it has not been refilled and now it is broken. Not a big deal but it was a great idea in the beginning.
