ALL IS OK; HOWEVER, WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE "HALF DEAD" SHRUBS IN FRONT OF OUR PATIO REPLACED WITH A LOWER SHRUB SUCH AS THE OTHER APARTMENTS IN OUR BUILDING HAVE. ADDITIONAL PARKING COULD BE IMPROVED SOMEHOW SO THAT OTHER RESIDENTS DO NOT PART IN OUR DRIVE WAY AND BLOCK OUR GARAGE. DUE TO THAT HAVING HAPPENED, I FELL WHILE LOOKING FOR OWNER OF THE CAR AND CRUSHED MY SHOULDER. IT WAS NECESSARY TO HAVE A COMPLETE SHOULDER REPLACEMENT DUE TO THE INJURY I RECEIVED. VERY PAINFUL.

The overall appearance and condition of the community and apartment could use improvement. Since the change and management, we have noticed an increase in the level of service provided by the office staff. The mainentance staff is always very helpful.

Parking, many people have cars/bikes taking up full spots and these vehicles don't move. Regular pest control, it comes out our rent each month yet we have had to buy our spray because of loud dirty neighbors. When we first moved here our track lights were changed for us, it is a special type of bulb 8-$9. We have now replaced them two times in 7 months, they go out multiple times and now we only have one that works.
