Liliana is wonderful and very helpful! She was so kind and kept me updated throughout the entire application process! I am very pleased with how this went! My only complaint is that they will close the office at random hours and give you very little notice and sometimes do not give notice! However other than that I have all good things. I have lived here for quite some time now and have only had one maintenance issue fixed within 25 hours! I would recommend to anyone, apartments are nice as well and do not cost a fortune.

Nice on the outside but once you live here its not too great. Staff is terrible and almost nonexistent. Cant tell you any useful information. Resident can do pretty much whatever they want . They love sending pointless text messages out but when its information that you need like for packages or office hours they just cant seem to get it. Also closes early randomly just because they dont feel like working anymore and then will not tell any residents. I'm sure they is somewhere you can go that cares even a little bit.

Despite the website and all apartment rental sites saying there were units available, they said they did not have any. They only told me this AFTER I showed up for a SCHEDULED tour of the specific unit. Once I actually showed up only to be turned away, the next time I called to let them know I was running late, and shockingly they answered the phone (the only time Ive ever had anyone pick up when I called) and when I said I was running late for my tour they said were not doing any tours today. I said what??? I have a tour scheduled though and then they told me there were no available units. Would have been nice if someone could have at least called or emailed to let me know! Ridiculous.
